The biggest yachts to look out for at the 2024 St Barths Bucket

St Barths is the epicentre of superyacht racing during the Caribbean season, often with an impressive array of superyacht spectators in tow . In the final days leading up to the 2024 St Barths Bucket (21-24 March), BOAT rounds up the largest yachts seen pulling into Gustavia for the famed regatta, beginning with Lürssen's 138-metre Rising Sun ...

Builder: Lürssen Length: 138.01m

If not for her sheer size, Rising Sun will be easy to spot from the shores of Gustavia thanks to her distinct glass panels running across the two upper decks. The yacht was the last ever design of Jon Bannenberg and boasts 8,000 square metres of living space that includes a wine cellar, double-height cinema and a basketball court. Rising Sun was originally commissioned by American business magnate Larry Ellison , who later sold the yacht to media mogul David Geffen.

Builder: Kleven Length: 116.15m

One of the largest explorer yachts in the world , Multiverse (ex Ulysses ) was commissioned by New Zealand's richest man, Graeme Hart. She is equipped with a heli-hangar on the top deck for a Bell 429 helicopter, as well as a large swimming pool, cinema and spa for the ultimate guest experience. Inside, the yacht's massive 18-metre beam provides accommodation for an owner's party of up to 66.

Maltese Falcon

Builder: Perini Navi Length: 88m

Fresh out of a full-scale refit, Maltese Falcon is undoubtedly one of the most unique and technologically innovative sailing superyachts in the world – kitted out with radical unstayed masts made of "weapons-grade" carbon fibre, a FalconRig and computerised sail and mast control system. Be sure to look out for the yacht's eponymous emblem on its middle sail, which also appears in the form of a bronze sculpture next to the indoor cinema.

Builder: Admiral – The Italian Sea Group Length: 74.85m

Instantly recognisable, Kenshō' 's flowing lines and metallic green-blue hull took six years to create with design from Dutch firm Azure Yacht Design and Naval Architecture and Berlin-based archineers.berlin . The Admiral flagship was awarded the coveted Motor Yacht of the Year title at the 2023 BOAT International World Superyacht Awards and picked up another Neptune at the 2023 BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards for Best Interior Design. Onboard highlights include a glass-fronted spa pool on the sundeck, a sunbed shaped in the image of a manta ray and a diesel-electric system based on five variable-speed generators that earned the yacht its Eco classification.

Builder: Heesen Yachts Length: 65m

The multiple award-winning Illusion (ex Galactica Star ) was delivered by Heesen in 2013, featuring the Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF) developed by Dutch naval architects Van Oossanen & Associates . Her streamlined appearance and generous guest amenities have made her a favourite on the charter scene, with Beyoncé and Jay Z among her list of returning clients . Illusion was also singled out by Dickie Bannenberg – who designed the yacht's interior – as one of his most memorable projects owing to its considerable onboard art collection.

Builder: Benetti Length: 60m

Another popular charter vessel, St David will once again appear on the hit reality TV show Below Deck , but this time with a new captain at the helm. The yacht is characterised by a classic Baroque theme with intricate marquetry made from satin woods, and a mosaic floor on the skylounge that draws inspiration from a "Tuscan palazzo". While St David is known to frequent high-profile events such as the Cannes Film Festival, she has also ventured to off-the-beaten-path locations including the Seychelles, Red Sea and Abu Dhabi.

Builder: Trinity Yachts Length: 58.83m

Launched in 2016, Imagine... is one of the largest yachts to be built in the United States . The tri-deck vessel was penned by long-time collaborator Geoff Van Aller , with both the hull and superstructure built from aluminium to AB classification. The yacht's primary social area is found on the sundeck, where guests can relax in the Jacuzzi, on multiple sun loungers or at the bar. Inside, Imagine... also has a bonus cabin that doubles as a massage room.

Builder: Feadship Length: 55.5m

This Feadship superyacht has sailed under a litany of names since her 2005 delivery, including Twizzile , Drizzle , Issana , Madsummer , Cynthia and most recently, Mary A . In 2018, her owner joined forces with American interior designer Claudette Bonville Associates to give Mary A an exhaustive makeover that included a top-to-bottom paint job, technical tweaks and a brand-new interior – all while carefully preserving the yacht's pedigree.

Builder: Benetti Length: 52m

Lady B (ex Latitude ) appears to be making the most of the winter cruising season, with back-and-forth trips between the British Virgin Islands and St Barths since early December 2023 according to BOATPro 's Global Fleet Tracker. Before that, the yacht spent the off-season touring fan-favourite destinations in the South Pacific, such as Fiji, the Cook Islands and French Polynesia. She is consistently ranked among the most popular charter vessels with amenities such as an outdoor cinema, a Jacuzzi and a recently updated dive centre.

The race was conceived many years ago by wealthy yachtsmen, Tom Taylor and Abner Doubleday, and has flourished to over 26 entries in 2005. 2006 & 2007 saw even more entries with 2008, 2009 and 2010 expected to continue growth. The race is a rare chance for larger yachts, both private and charter, to gather together and parade around a beautiful race course in a good natured and friendly test of speed and skills. Sailing superyachts racing together makes the St Barths Bucket Regatta an amazing spectacle indeed.

Apart from the impressive yacht racing events, cruising areas, and fine beaches St Barts you can also enjoy great onshore entertainment at night time with comfortable and leisurely dining on you yacht charter vacation.

There are many beautiful beaches to suit different tastes in St Barts, so you can anchor your yacht at one of the 14 or so that fits you. St Bart’s beaches have a liberal feel thanks to its French history and topless sunbathing common. Anse de Grande Saline and Gouverneur Beaches are two of these. Some other beaches here aren’t as free spirited such as St Jean Beach and Flamands Beach.

There is a passion for fine dining and gastronomy in St Barth and many chefs indulge in a modern French style of cuisine. In addition there is also a number of contrasting culinary styles on display from healthy fresh and light food right through to more traditional French cuisine. Most of the island’s different areas provide numerous quality restaurants which will be noted in your itinerary and you can also ask your captain for local recommendations.

More About St Barthelemy (st Barts, St Barths) Yachting St Barthélemy is also known as St Barts. It is an overseas collectivity of France and it is located in the Caribbean. This collective of beautiful Caribbean islands is part of the Leeward Islands in northeast Caribbean comprising the French West Indies, along with St. Martin and Guedeloupe . The island of Saint Barthélemy lies 35 kms southeast of St. Martin. The island is volcanic in origin and it has many shallow reefs that you can explore. You can begin your yacht charter vacation from the capital called Gustavia which also has the main harbor.

While on a Saint Barthélemy yacht charter vacation you can also add in a visit to the surrounding islands of Dog Island, Anguilla and St. Martin. These islands mainly comprise of the most amazing beaches as well as live corals under the surface of the sea. There is an interesting bay to visit such as Grande Saline Bay that provides you a temporary anchorage for smaller yachts. The St Jean Bay you can see the narrow cut through the reef and this prove to be an interesting sight.

Discover the Marine Reserve You can also discover the marine reserve that was founded in 1999 on your charter boat. The reserve covers a total area of 1,000 hectares and there is a zone that is dedicated to scientific experiments. The topography of Saint Barthélemy is rich in coral reefs and the area has been declared a protected area and it also promoted by the Environmental Commission.

Total 22 Beaches for the Public St Barthélemy has a total of 22 beaches that are accessible by the public. Out of these 15 are suitable for swimming and diving. The beaches are divided into the leeward side and the windward side. The beaches on the windward side are perfect for windsurfing. St Jean beach is perfect for all types of water sports. The Lorient Beach is quite long and it has good shade options. Other prominent beaches in the area include Ane Tony and Grand-cul-de-sac. It is usual to see a number of large luxury superyachts moored off the best beaches during winter.

Turtle and Whale Watching Tours The best way to see Caribbean marine life is from the decks of a luxury yacht that you have rented. There is an interesting option of the turtle and whale watching tours as well. These are special, guided tours where you can come in close proximity to the dolphins and the whales. The interior areas of St Barthélemy consist of interesting sites such as Morne Vitet. This is the highest peak of the island and the view from the top is nothing short of spectacular. Tourism in St. Barthélemy attracts around 200,000 visitors every year. There are about 25 hotels in Barthélemy where you can stay but many people prefer the private luxuries of their superyacht. You can even take the St. Barthélemy yacht tour on New Year's Eve. The whole island becomes a party zone at time with loads of music, dance and eating.

If you go for nature trails in St. Barthélemy then you will be able to see the teeming varieties of flora. Sea grapes and palm trees are commonly seen and there are many varieties of cacti as well. You may also be able to see the terrestrial animals such as snakes, rats and mongoose.

In conclusion St Barts is a luxury mega yacht playground which attracts some of the world's biggest and best luxury charter yachts. The Caribbean Island is a fashionable hotspot for the rich and famous, however it is also large enough for you to find your own serenity and to explorer its beautiful natural wonders and first class sailing.

St Barths yacht charter

Why charter a yacht in st barths.

When you're done living the life in the capital of Gustavia, done shopping for designer clothes and jewelry, there's only one thing left for you to do in St. Barths, and that's to go on a yacht charter hopping from one beach to another or heading to the nearby Leeward Islands that dot this region of the Caribbean. To charter a yacht in St. Barths is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. You get to immerse yourself in the beauty of the beautiful waters and enjoy a luxurious way to marvel at all the natural beauty that surrounds.

What are yacht charter prices in St Barths?

Gustavia's yacht-filled harbor shows you that the island is a sailing favorite for yachting enthusiasts. Here, you can find all kinds of boats, from monohulls to sailing catamarans, to superyachts that provide you with everything you need for an indulgent holiday. A 100-foot motor yacht can cost an average of $9,000 for a full day's charter, while a 47-foot sailing catamaran can cost about $1,500 from 9 am to 5 pm. A superyacht, with a length of 268-feet, can cost around $890,000 for a full week's charter.

When is the yachting season in St Barths?

St. Barths offers beautiful weather almost all year-round, except for hurricane season that begins in July and ends in early November. Therefore, the months of December to March is the ideal yachting season in St. Barths, when the skies are blue and the sun is shining all day, offering the most beautiful weather to sail around the waters and laying around the gorgeous white-sand beaches.

St Barths yacht charter for a day

There are 22 beaches in St. Barths, with 15 of them accessible for swimming. All beaches are open to the public, which means you've got 22 reasons to hop on a yacht charter for a day exploring these wonders. However, because you only have about 7 to 8 hours of daytime, a full day yacht charter can only get you to a few locations on the island. One of these is the Colombier beach, which is only accessible by boat or a 30-minute hike. Because of its inaccessibility, it is often peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect spot for some private sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, and a picnic on the beach. After lunch, head over to the beach of Saline, or to Shell Beach, or to Anse du Gouverneur. A day of swimming, cruising, and snorkeling is best finished with a sunset cruise as you make your way back to Gustavia Harbor.

St Barths yacht charter overnight

There are plenty of 5-star resorts on the island, but to truly experience a Caribbean yacht charter, an overnight adventure spent at one of its bays is a definite must. You can start your overnight yacht charter with a visit to the famous St. Barths beaches, then followed by a cruise to the small, protected, private island 45 minutes away, which is Fourche. You can anchor on the bay for the night, then come morning, head to Scrub Island in Anguilla, which is a deserted white-sand island. Snorkel, swim, and cruise around the islands, before making your bay to St. Barths.

St Barths yacht charter for a week

A yacht has everything you need to have a luxury vacation. It has beautiful cabins, a wide deck where you can dine and lounge around as you cruise through the calm and beautiful waters of St. Barths, and of course, the VIP treatment from the staff and crew. This means that a week-long yacht charter is truly a luxurious experience you shouldn't miss. When you're in St. Barths, you have the beaches and the nearby islands as your getaway, providing you with one unique setting to another, each and every day. Here is a sample itinerary of a one-week liveaboard on board a luxury yacht charter:

Day 1: Gustavia Harbor

Cruise the harbor and drop anchor at the shipwreck of the motor yacht "Nonstop," which sank in a storm and is now home to soft corals and fishes. Cruise along the coast and enjoy drinks on the deck, before making your way to several beaches around the island. Head to Colombier, where you will safely moor the yacht for the night.

Day 2: Colombier

Enjoy the Colombier beach for a quiet day of relaxing, swimming, and snorkeling. Then head your way to the Ile de la Fourche, where you will anchor for the night.

Day 3: Ile de la Fourche

The cactus-covered hills of this secluded island are a unique ambiance from the chic boutiques and lavish lifestyle in Gustavia. Climb one of the island's five peaks, where you are rewarded with panoramic views of the Leeward Islands. If you're lucky and happen to be there during Spring, you can also spot humpback whales on the water. Have lunch on the boat, then get back to the beach, where you can snorkel or even spot sea turtles.

Day 4: Prickly Pear Cays and Seal Island Reefs

These spots are ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving, and if you don't fancy getting underwater, you can explore the beaches or simply lounge on the deck for drinks and snacks.

Day 5: Anguilla

Visit the island of Anguilla with its charming villages and serene harbor. Drop anchor at Road Town, where you can see master craftsmen making boats the traditional way. You can also visit Flat Cap Point, where you can snorkel under the cliffs of this marine sanctuary.

Day 6: Tintamarre

This island is just off St. Maarten's tip, and it's a secluded, uninhabited island. This means you can have the beach all to yourself, where you can snorkel to your heart's content and spend a lazy afternoon reading a book on a hammock.

Day 7: Back to St. Barths

We recommend spending a few hours on Tintamarre and visiting Marigot Bay, which is reminiscent of old south of France town, with its cafes and bistros. Buy some freshly baked bread and pastries, wine, cheese, or French perfume. Hop back on board and sail away back to St. Barths.

Wedding yacht charter in St Barths

Being home to world-class resorts, high-end shopping, and some of the Caribbean's best restaurants, it's no wonder a wedding yacht charter on the island will make your wedding dreams come true. Imagine a wedding weekend with your closest and friends and family, living the life, and experiencing a ceremony and party right on the deck, with the beautiful blue horizon and crystal clear waters as your perfect backdrop. Once your wedding is done and everyone has gotten off the yacht, head to a private, secluded beach or another island, to enjoy the beginning of the rest of your life together.

Luxury yacht holiday in St Barths

St. Barths is the most elite and most expensive yacht charter destination in the Caribbean. It is home to superyachts, luxury yachts, and yacht holiday options that give you the ultimate taste of what it's like to live the high life. From the minute you step into the marina, you are greeted with 5-star services, and once you step on the yacht, you will understand why they call it "luxury yacht charters." From service to details to the food, drinks, and amenities, you are treated like royalty on a luxury yacht charter in St. Barths.

There are very few places in the world that perfectly merge tropical atmosphere with high-end living. St. Barths perfectly epitomizes that, and to experience it all, a yacht charter is definitely the best way to go.

Guide to St Barts

Beautifully drenched in a profusion of French flavour and Caribbean vibes

Fragrant scents of sugar, spices and bougainvillea flowers fill the air along with sweet calypso rhythms and the energetic chattering of vibrant street cafés. Oozing with style, effortless glamour and that famous laid-back Caribbean charm, the rocky outcrop of St. Barts holds a unique blend of cultures and experiences amongst its idyllic shores.

Saint-Barthelemy (St. Barts, St. Barth’s or St. Barth) was named by Christopher Columbus in 1493 and since then has become a world-renowned hot spot for VIP travellers attracted to its dazzling beauty and casual elegance. Its strong French influences add a touch of Mediterranean flair and cosmopolitan atmosphere, though delve a little deeper and you will still find charming fishing villages, secluded beaches and steep winding roads to spectacular views on islands tailor made for exploration. The fantastic selection of marine parks offers breath-taking snorkelling and diving opportunities as well as great spots for surfing and other water-sports.

A place to be seen as much as to see, the ultra-chic capital of Gustavia plays host to a number of world-class restaurants and designer boutiques with colourful shop fronts and chilled out cafes lining the main strip of Rue de la Republique. The locals are descendants of the early settlers from Brittany and Normandy so French is the official language but French patois, Creole and English is widely spoken. Known for attracting the highest concentration of superyachts in the Caribbean , the beautiful Gustavia Port can accommodate up to 60 yachts of up to 200ft in its inner harbour and 100 more in the outer waters.

Each year St. Barts plays host to a number of prestigious yachting and sailing events, including the celebrated St. Barts Bucket. The spectacular surroundings are also a hotspot for other coveted events in the social calendar, including Russian tycoon Roman Abramovich’s annual New Year’s Eve party held on board his magnificent superyacht, Eclipse . Every year a plethora of high profile names fly in to both party and perform with the likes of Beyoncé, Prince, Rihanna and Kings of Leon among them. The climax of the St Barts New Year's Eve celebrations see the skies over Gustavia Harbor light up with a dazzling firework display to see in the New Year.

How Do I Get to St. Barts?

  • By Air: The main way to get to St. Barts is via a connecting flight from nearby islands like St. Martin, Puerto Rico, or Antigua. St. Barts has a small airport (Gustaf III Airport) known for its short runway, so flights are typically on smaller planes.
  • By Sea: Alternatively, you can reach St. Barts by ferry or private boat from St. Martin, which is a 45-minute ferry ride or a short sail away.

When is the Best Time to Charter a Yacht in St Barts?

  • High Season (December to April): This is the peak season when the weather is ideal, but it’s also when prices are highest and anchorages are busiest. The holiday season is particularly popular.
  • Shoulder Season (May to June, November): Offers great weather, fewer crowds, and slightly lower prices. It’s a good balance of value and experience.
  • Avoiding Hurricane Season (July to October): This period is generally avoided due to the higher risk of hurricanes, though prices are lower and the island is quieter.

Charter Destinations: Where Can I Go From St Barts?

💡 St. Barts is a small island, just 9.7 square miles (25 sq km) , with a coastline of 22 miles (35 km) . In nautical terms, it’s about 8 nautical miles (nm) from west to east. You can sail around the island in a day, but taking a few days allows you to explore its beaches, bays, and charming towns fully.

Therefore, the most common St. Barts yacht charter itinerary includes visits to surrounding Leeward islands such as St. Martin and Anguilla, which are located only about 15 nautical miles to the Northwest.

Best Locations on St Barts Island

Gustava harbour.

The island’s capital and main port, Gustavia, is where you will start your St. Barts yacht charter. It is known for its vibrant atmosphere, luxury boutiques, historic sites, and excellent dining options. If you are looking for a great restaurant or nightclub, check out the French/South American fusion restaurant Bonito, serving local dishes like ceviche and roasted sea bass, and the upscale Italian restaurant L’Isola , a really romantic spot offering gourmet dishes like homemade pasta, fresh seafood, and an extensive wine list.

Also, do not miss out on the iconic Le Select, a casual, laid-back bar located right on the waterfront in the port. It is perfect for grabbing a drink and soaking in the local vibe. (Known as the inspiration for Jimmy Buffett’s “Cheeseburger in Paradise” )

Shell Beach

Not to be missed is Shell Beach , located on the edge of Gustavia town, only a 5-minute walk from the port. Shell Beach is unique for its shoreline covered in millions of tiny seashells. This scenic spot is perfect for a sunset swim, followed by cocktails at the iconic Shellona Beach Club  or the Do Brazil Night Club (Bar de l’oubli), an excellent place to see the sun go down while sipping.

Colombier Bay

This stunning horseshoe bay, located just 2.5 nautical miles from Gustavia, accessible only by boat or difficult hike, is a great place for snorkeling or diving and laid-back time on the beach.

St. Jean Bay

Known for its scenic beauty, St. Jean Bay is popular for watersports and beachside dining. Anchoring here gives you access to the famous Eden Rock Hotel and Nikki Beach.

Île Fourchue

A short sail from St. Barts, this uninhabited island offers some of the best snorkeling and diving in the area. The bay is well-sheltered, making it a great spot for an overnight anchorage.

Anse de Grande Saline

One of St. Barts’s most beautiful beaches, Grande Saline, is known for its wide stretch of sand and clear waters. It’s a more tranquil spot, perfect for sunbathing or swimming without the crowds.

Gustavia, St. Barths town skyline at the harbor.

Nearby Islands

From St. Barts, you can easily sail to St. Martin, Anguilla, and Saba on a 1-week charter itinerary. Each offers its own unique charm—St. Martin for shopping and nightlife, Anguilla for pristine beaches, and Saba for rugged hiking.

St. Martin

Longer Voyages

If you have more time or a faster yacht, you can also plan a longer charter to islands like Antigua or St. Kitts and Nevis, which are a bit further but accessible within a day’s sail.

St Kitts and Nevis

What Type of Yacht is Best for St. Barts?

Crewed motor yachts.

  • Pros: Ideal for those seeking luxury, speed, and comfort. Motor yachts allow for quick travel between islands and come with all the high-end amenities. They are ideal for longer itineraries, especially for those who wish to reach places like Antigua and Nevis.
  • Cons: Motor yachts are generally subject to higher APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) due to their higher fuel consumption. –Generally between 35-40%.

Crewed Catamarans

  • Pros: Catamarans offer the best of both worlds with stability, space, and ease of handling. They’re ideal for families or groups looking for a comfortable and spacious charter. Their fuel consumption is significantly lower than motor yachts, especially if you use sails and wind. This has a significant impact on your overall charter cost.
  • Cons: Catamarans are slower than motor yachts. Consider this when planning your itinerary–if you wish to travel far and wide, you should add more time so you do not feel rushed.

Crewed Sailing Yachts

  • Pros: Perfect for an authentic sailing experience with a focus on the journey rather than just the destination. St. Barts’ steady trade winds make sailing here a joy. Sailing yachts are still the most affordable option, and you can save significantly on reduced fuel consumption.
  • Cons: Sailing yachts have limited onboard space compared to catamarans and motor yachts. Some people do not like the healing (the yacht leaning over when under sail).

What Does It Cost to Charter a Yacht in St. Barts?

  • Base Charter: The cost can vary widely depending on the yacht type, size, and season. Generally, prices range from $10,000 to $60,000+ per week for a crewed yacht. Sailing yachts are the cheapest option, starting at around $10,000, and luxury motor yachts are the most expensive, starting at around $30,000 for a decent boat.
  • Additional Costs: Don’t forget to budget for fuel, food, drinks, mooring fees, and gratuities, which can add 20-30% to the base charter cost . This fee is in yacht charters known as APA ( Advance Provisioning Allowance ) and is added on top of the base charter fee. It allows for a more customized yacht charter, where you pay for what you use rather than being limited to what has been decided to be included.

  • Jet Ski ( See all Yachts with Jet Skis )
  • Scuba Gear ( See all Yachts with Scuba Gear )
  • Wind- and Kitesurfing
  • Wakeboarding & Waterskiing
  • and much more….
  • Hiking: Trails to places like Fort Karl and along the coastline offer stunning views and a chance to explore the island’s natural beauty.
  • Marine Life: Encounter turtles, dolphins, and various tropical fish while snorkeling or diving. Whale watching is also possible during their migration season from February to April.
  • Shopping: Gustavia is known for its luxury shopping, with high-end boutiques selling designer goods, jewelry, and unique local items.

St-Barth 85 Fly - St Barth

Hoofdpagina

St Barth 85: Not just larger

The idea behind the St-Barth 85 Fly concept follows the same idea as the St-Barth 75, while literally and metaphorically taking our ‘family is paramount’ approach further. Two metres more length, 50 cm more beam and an extra deck make you feel like you are on a 110-foot superyacht. And all this additional space opens up possibilities that place the St-Barth 85 Fly in a class of her own.

Room for all the family

The first clearly visible difference is the stunning flybridge, giving the yacht a distinctive look while retaining the core design language of the St-Barth 75. It is equipped with everything you could need for al fresco living and fun with the whole family. The super-comfortable seating area offers space for at least eight people while the spacious loungers will be a delight for sun-lovers. The remote-controlled bimini in the T-Top also ensures you shade when required. The extra steering position is also located here and very well specced. An outdoor galley with wine cooler adds to the exclusive feel.

st barts super yachts

More space on the beach club

The beach club on the St-Barth 85 Fly is clearly more spacious than the St-Barth 75, allowing for even more family fun. The remote-controlled swim platform is four metres wide and superbly integrated into the design of the yacht. Beneath the beach club is room for a 3.60-metre tender and the toys of your choice… There’s even an extra 150-litre tank so your jet skis can be refuelled onboard. The tender can be easily lifted out of the floor by an ingenious system.

To crew or not to crew

Experienced sailors will have no problem operating the St-Barth 85 Fly themselves. But those owners who like to have the luxury of extra service and the convenience of a helping hand can make the most of a dedicated and comfortable crew area in the front of the yacht. This space has three berths, a private bathroom and a toilet. Crew members with chef aspirations will love the professional galley on the main deck, which even contains a teppanyaki grill.

Of course, if you choose not to employ a crew, you can convert this area into additional accommodation for guests…. That’s the beauty of customisation at St-Barth!

st barts super yachts

Master plan

Flybridge aside, the St-Barth 85 Fly’s layout is largely the same as the St-Barth 75. A key difference is the inclusion of a full-beam master directly behind the saloon, seriously upping the superyacht feel. The saloon connected to the beach club has an additional bar, making it ideal for cocktail parties and the like. Three spacious guest suites are found forward and have their own private bathrooms. The fourth suite is the three-berth crew area mentioned above.

Of course, as every St-Barth is custom-built, the foreword area can be fully adapted to guest requirements should you choose not to sail with crew.

28 knots in comfort

An essential part of the St-Barth brand proposition is speed. This is why we opted for two 1350 hp engines that allow you to cruise at 20 knots and hit 28 knots when the time is right. Sailing at such high speeds is great fun with the St-Barth Fly. Excellent noise and vibration attenuation mean the powerful engines do their work without imposing on the comfort experienced by the whole family. The stabilizers also play a key role, ensuring stability even with higher waves and swell.
