Helicopter hangar door on frigates

Carbon construction gives low weight with high rigidity. Designed for 80t blast pressure.

Developed to be completely watertight and able to resist the pressure up to 300m below the ocean waves.
Operator centre control console on Frigate
Design, construction, FEM analysis, and prototype building of operating consoles in composite sandwich construction. Feasibility studies developed with computer simulation to model detonation shock loadings. The resulting full-scale prototype tests were 100% successful, delivering a series of gains: weight-saving, an ergonomic layout free of construction constraints, and a modular design.
Lightweight Locker for Frigates
Development and prototype construction of lightweight frigate furniture made in composite.
Functions properly with impact loads due to detonation and meets IMO fire protection standards.
Weight savings of over 40% with a higher load capacity could be achieved.
