I believe that eating is an experience for the 4 senses and every meal has a story to tell. My cuisine is original & genuine. My dishes are prepared with local fresh quality ingredients & passion.

Passion for Sailing& Cooking

I was born into a family of surfers and chefs and enjoyed the sea and gastronomy from an early age. Since I’m 18 years old I’ve been traveling and working around the world in very high-level restaurants, hotels, and catering companies. In 2013 I started working in the yachting industry in order to combine my cooking skills with my passion for the sea and traveling.

Through sailing the Mediterranean & Caribbean Seas, and the Atlantic & Pacific Oceans, cultures, flavors, smells, colors, and languages, became my addictions. My cooking style combines all these influences with Healthy Functional and Asian cuisine techniques learned at Samui Institute of Thai Culinary Arts.  

In my homeport Mallorca, in 2017 I started Fork Seasons Project and added the island flavors to my plenteous foodie table and soul.

In Forks Seasons I work with a professional team of freelance chefs & waiters of different nationalities and influences. We all have a deep understanding of the needs and the high standards in today’s yachting and hospitality industry and offer tailor-made solutions both onboard and onshore .

Together we cook and develop tasty recipes to be prepared in different kitchens for different tastes and diets, always with a high standard of service and commitment.

Xisco and his team create beautiful meals which will satisfy even the hungriest of appetites. We can serve up protein salads for those who are watching their diet, or you can order some rib sticking Steak and Ale Pie with Dauphinoise Potatoes and Gravy.

Delicioso was really a lifesaver while Jamaica Bay was in the shipyard in Palma. Unable to use the galley, we needed catering for up to 30 people at times as well as watch keeper meals for the evenings. The food was fresh and delicious and they were always punctual with delivery times. They also offer full service provisioning for interior and chefs so they were able to assist with other requests such as beverages and other items needed for the boat. We are so grateful to the efficient, friendly team at Delicioso. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to any boat or company.

• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is confirmed more than 7 days in advance, a deposit of either $1,000 USD or 50% of the total cost of the reservation (whichever is greater) is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 7 days away, the remainder of the amount due is processed.
• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is made 7 days or less in advance, the total price of your reservation is processed immediately.
• If you are booking for a multi-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the yacht is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 30 days away, the other 50% is collected for the price of the yacht, plus the APA, plus the taxes due.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.
