Eggs Benedict w/ sautéed mushrooms- Two eggs poached in liquid with shallot and thyme laid on seared Canadian bacon over an English muffin drizzled with tangy hollandaise and topped with sautéed mushroom blend.
Avocado toast - whole grain Texas thick bread toasted with parmesan cheese blend under a thinly sliced avocado half drizzled with balsamic and lemon, garnished with micro greens.
BYO pancakes- your choice of chocolate chips, strawberries, bananas or blueberries in pancakes with a house made strawberry syrup or maple syrup served with bacon and scrambled eggs
Banana oatmeal smoothies- quick and packed with protein these banana smoothies are made with peanut butter, honey, oatmeal, almond milk and one whole banana.
Spanish tortilla- potatoes and onions fried in a thick scrambled egg and served in little pie pieces. A simple but classic Spanish breakfast
Croissant French toast with berry compote- thick sliced croissant roll battered in a cinnamon egg wash and seared golden brown. Garnished with a berry compote dusted in powdered sugar with maple syrup on the side.

Grilled Shrimp salad w/ spicy ginger sauce - shrimp skewers basted with butter ginger sauce served with spring mix, cucumbers, red onion and a tomato and mango salad with feta.
One pot chicken Caprese salad- served family style on a large skillet this recipe consists of seasoned chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella medallions and garnished with fresh basil.
Tacos- Fried chicken tossed in buffalo sauce laid on a bed of red cabbage coleslaw topped with pico and garnished with cotija cheese // Strips of marinated steak seared and placed on a bed of red cabbage topped with avocado, pico, A1 crème, pickled jalapeños and garnished with cotija cheese // Grilled shrimp basted with lemon butter and seasoned with ol’ bay salt on a bed of spring mix, topped with pico, salsa crème, cilantro, and cotja.

Captain Jamie Dehan Growing up on the east coast of South Africa, the Indian Ocean was Jamie´s childhood playground. His family being avid divers, Jamie was certified as a SCUBA diver from the age of 12. His teen years were spent racing small monohulls and by 18 he was a SCUBA instructor, as well as an accomplished surfer, free-diver and spear fisherman. Having worked for dive companies throughout eastern Africa, Jamie made his way to the Virgin Islands in 2013. He has since captained a variety of high-end charter yachts throughout the Caribbean. Jamie’s love for the ocean and all that surrounds it, combined with years of experience in the area, make him the perfect guide to show you “Natures Little Secrets”. Chef Nyla Dugle Nyla spent her early teens selling produce her family grew at farmers markets. Sharing high quality produce always gave her a sense of fulfillment and when she discovered the farm to table movement, she was forever hooked on creating a successful career sourcing and serving high quality ingredients like the food that raised her. After completing University, Nyla was no stranger to the most prestigious restaurants in Denver CO. Her thirst for adventure and the sea brought her to the Caribbean where she found herself working on a luxury catamaran. Gravitating into the galley on My Ty, Nyla still boasts the same passion, drive and craving that guided her career on land - if not more! Crew Title: First Mate Crew Name: Ariel Thrasher Nationality: BVI Licenses: AEC Engineering Course, PADI Dive Master Born and raised on Tortola, Ariel moved to Thailand at the age of 12 where he completed his schooling. He discovered his love for motorcycles at a young age and with the guidance of his older brother, became intimately familiar with engines of all types. He also spent his time competing on the professional skateboarding circuit. He switched his skateboard for a surfboard in 2017 when he returned to his homeland. With his mind set on the yachting industry, Ariel dove right in, joining one of the largest yachts in the territory as a steward, alternating days on deck with days in the galley where he shared his love of Thai inspired cuisine. His aptitude for mechanics and ability to learn were recognized early on and soon he had completed his professional engineering qualification and took on the sole engineer role on the 105 ft. vessel. On top of all of this, Ariel somehow found the time to qualify as a PADI dive-master. The perfect addition to the team, Ariel loves to show people the beauty of his home, above and below the water! Dear My Ty Crew: Your efforts made the week. The boat is very nice and we sailed to fabulous places, but our memories will be centered around the family time that you facilitated and made so comfortable. “Genuine hospitality is hard to define, but it is immediately felt.” Jamie…always with a smile. Ready to take us on the next adventure. Keeping the dishes clean! Listening intently to Wyatt’s non-stop questions. Playing the perfect music…the Captain and so much more. Ariel…we think there are two of you that we just did not see together. Every system on the boat running perfectly. The water toys at command. Our staterooms refreshed…how did you do it all?! Most importantly, at the beck and call of Will and Wyatt. They loved all three of you, but we will not hurt anyone else’s feelings by taking a vote! And finally…Nyla. The smiles, the care, and the FOOD! Working around a complicated set of dietary requirements, you made each meal spectacular…while also playing with the boys and so much more. Lynn decided we should go on a crewed charter. She was smart (as always). I had the best trip to the islands ever. So relaxing. So spoiled. Not sure how we would take a chance with another crew. We have been with the best. One last thing…I have had the honor of working with a number of teams over my career and life. What you three have is something you should treasure. From the Broker: Not sure where he has been but he (client) was absolutely effusive about the trip and extolled the virtues of you, your mate, your chef and MyTy itself. He said he has never had a better vacation -and added that he has been on many - than his week aboard My Ty with you. He said you were a fantastic captain, both from the standpoint of knowing what you were doing, and managing your crew, but a great person to be with as well. He said that the chef was a rock star. Every meal was a gourmet delight and that she even took care of two guests who had dietary requirements. (I believe that he and his family had drinks with her parents recently). Our family´s catamaran trip aboard #MyTy (@sailingmyty) during the holidays was simply amazing. We really did not know where to start when we began planning this vacation, and fortunately found [Broker]. We were looking for a nice boat with a fun crew and a lot of activities (water toys) for our adventure in the BVI. She listened to us and offered a variety of ideas and solutions based on our personalities and preferences. There was no pressure, just great information that we should consider. In the end, we choose #MyTy...and we were so glad that we did. From the moment that Captain Jamie and Ariel picked us up on the dingy to bring us over to the boat and we were welcomed aboard by chef Nyla, we felt at home. The boat and toys are incredibly well maintained and built with the extras, including forward facing dolphin chairs and a fresh water hot tub. But, it is Jamie, Nyla and Ariel who really made the trip amazing. Their flexibility, energy, and knowledge created a once-in-a-lifetime memorable trip. Jamie playing Santa on an efoil at Soggy Dollar was also unforgettable. Jamie´s experience as a sailor and yachting the BVIs made each day fun and unique. Other captains call him for recommendations and it is easy to see why. Two of our family members love scuba diving, and he is a safety-focused & knowledgeable dive master and My Ty carries top-of-the-line equipment. Nyla´s food was incredible and wonderfully wholesome. Ariel is a great sportsman and brought the entire trip together. Most of all, they made us feel like family. It was hard to leave and we will be back. We had the most incredible time on MY TY with the amazing crew. From the insane beaches and secret spots that Jamie took us to, to the awesome toys that us adults and kids got to enjoy. The food was exceptional every single day. Sue makes THE best french toast and according to our 7 year old ´the best ribs she´s ever had.´ This was our family´s dream trip and and the MY TY crew did not disappoint. in fact, they made sure it was better than what we could have dreamt up. We look forward to going back on MY TY again and again for years to come.

Growing up on the east coast of South Africa, the Indian Ocean was Jamie's childhood playground. His family being avid divers, Jamie was certified as a SCUBA diver from the age of 12. His teen years were spent racing small monohulls and by 18 he was a SCUBA instructor, as well as an accomplished surfer, free-diver and spear fisherman. Having worked for dive companies throughout eastern Africa, Jamie made his way to the Virgin Islands in 2013. He has since captained a variety of high-end charter yachts throughout the Caribbean. Jamie’s love for the ocean and all that surrounds it, combined with years of experience in the area, make him the perfect guide to show you “Natures Little Secrets”.
CHEF: Nyla Dugle Nyla spent her early teens selling produce her family grew at farmers markets. Sharing high quality produce always gave her a sense of fulfillment and when she discovered the farm to table movement, she was forever hooked on creating a successful career sourcing and serving high quality ingredients like the food that raised her. After completing University, Nyla was no stranger to the most prestigious restaurants in Denver CO. Her thirst for adventure and the sea brought her to the Caribbean where she found herself working on a luxury catamaran. Gravitating into the galley on My Ty, Nyla still boasts the same passion, drive and craving that guided her career on land - if not more!
FIRST MATE & ENGINEER: Ariel Thrasher
Born and raised on Tortola, Ariel moved to Thailand at the age of 12 where he completed his schooling. He discovered his love for motorcycles at a young age and with the guidance of his older brother, became intimately familiar with engines of all types. He also spent his time competing on the professional skateboarding circuit. He switched his skateboard for a surf board in 2017 when he returned to his homeland. With his mind set on the yachting industry, Ariel dove right in, joining one of the largest yachts in the territory as a steward, alternating days on deck with days in the galley where he shared his love of Thai inspired cuisine. His aptitude for mechanics and ability to learn were recognized early on and soon he had completed his professional engineering qualification and took on the sole engineer role on the 105 ft vessel. On top of all of this, Ariel somehow found the time to qualify as a PADI dive-master. The perfect addition to the team Ariel, loves to show people the beauty of his home, above and below the water!

Luxury Crewed Charter Rates
The Horizon Yacht Charters BVI Crewed Charter rates are for 7 nights per vessel and are based on the number of guests. Please see individual yacht pages for detailed specifications and charter rates. Horizon Yacht Charters luxury crewed yacht charters come complete with your own personal Captain & Chef (and in the larger yachts, first mate and hostess). NB some yachts may be skipper only (with the option of a chef) – they are stated as such. Your meals aboard are included in the rate and prepared to your group’s individual preferences and dietary requirements. Beverages are also included but please note special requests for specific brands may be subject to an additional charge. Watersports equipment (such as paddleboards, kayaks etc) are also included and some yachts offer all-inclusive diving.
High season rates typically apply from December to April, and Low season from May to November, but please do check the seasonal rates for your yacht.
Each individual crewed yacht may charge for certain additional expenses (e.g. National Park Permit, Cruising permit, different port collections or departures). Please ask for a full breakdown of costs for your chosen yacht. Additional supplements may apply at Christmas and New Year.

Charter Rates shown above are for 7 nights per vessel (Christmas and New Year supplements on selected yachts). Crewed Charters usually start at noon and finish at noon, but please do check times for your particular yacht.
An Environmental levy of $10 per head is payable by all visitors to the BVI on arrival (effective 1st Sept 2017).
Bookings and Cancellations – We require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation and the balance due of 50% no later than 45 days prior to charter start date. A smaller deposit and interim fee may be acceptable for bookings made more than 12 months in advance. Cancellation fees apply, and vary from yacht-to-yacht. Please check the specific terms for your yacht at the time of booking.

Impressive open yacht My Toy is custom-built for socialising and relaxing, offering a stylish haven away from the crowds as you soak up the rays on her array of sumptuous sunpads and lounges. Water lovers will also relish her swim platform, which provides the perfect base for watersports and refreshing dips in the sea.
Built in 2009, My Toy offers guest accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites. There are 7 beds in total, including 1 king, 2 queen, 4 doubles and 4 singles. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.
A charter on My Toy is comfortable and convenient thanks to the provided amenities including a gym with all the latest equipment to maintain your fitness routine.
Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you including Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. Guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.
My Toy is built with a kevlar composite hull and GRP superstructure. Powered by 3 x MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 24 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 41 knots with a range of up to 500 nautical miles from her 22,998 litre fuel tanks. With a shallow draft of 1.3m/4'3" My Toy can anchor closer to coves and sheltered bays overnight.
My Toy knows a thing or two about fun on the water, with a selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to enjoy whilst on charter. Take to the sea on a Jet Ski offering you power and control on the water. Another excellent feature are towable toys offering fun and adventure. Also there are SEABOBs providing agile cruising and diving. If that isn't enough My Toy also features wakeboards, scuba diving equipment, inflatable water toys, kneeboards and snorkelling equipment. When it's time to travel from land to see, it couldn't be easier with a Novurania RIB.
