Superyacht MARLINDA is a grand yacht that is able to accommodate as many as 6 people on board and has approximately 5 crew. This gracious superyacht was brought about with the naval architecture of Glade Johnson and John Schubert and Jay Minor. Glade Johnson/Intra-Design acted on the designing of the interior.

The yacht's general design work came from Glade Johnson and John Schubert and Jay Minor. The professional naval architect firm plans are a work of Glade Johnson. Motor Yacht MARLINDA received her stylish interior designing from the interior design firm of Glade Johnson/Intra-Design. Built at Delta Marine Industries the vessel was fabricated in the yacht producing country of the United States. She was successfully launched in Seattle Wa in 1989 before being transferred to the owner. Her core hull was built out of composite. The motor yacht superstructure component is fabricated predominantly from composite. With a beam of 8.17 m / 26.8 ft MARLINDA has spacious interior. She has a reasonably shallow draught of 2.35m (7.7ft). She had refit improvement and changes carried out by 2001.

M/Y MARLINDA Engineering & Speed:

This yacht has twin agile CATERPILLAR diesel engine(s) and can touch a industrious max speed of around 15 knots. The main engine of the MARLINDA produces 625 horse power (or 460 kilowatts). Her total HP is 1250 HP and her total Kilowatts are 920. Coupled to the MARLINDA engines are twin screw propellers. As for the yacht’s stabalisers she uses Naiad. With respect to bow thruster maneuverability she utilises Psi. MARLINDA has a/an impressive cruising speed is 13 knots which enables a range of 4000.

MARLINDA is a truly timeless yacht. Showcasing classic lines, the luxury yacht was built by Delta Marine in 1989. Since her launch, she has been excellently maintained and has received several refits including a two-year $12,000,000 refit in 2000.

Showcasing stunning raised-and-fielded Honduran mahogany wood paneling throughout and coffered ceilings in the formal areas that are complemented by fine furnishings, the luxury yacht’s interior is sumptuous and traditional. She features a pleasant library for sitting back and relaxing as well as a skylounge that provides stunning views of your destination.

The luxury yacht accommodates six guests in three nicely appointed staterooms. Her staterooms include an expansive master with a lavish en-suite and two staterooms with two twin beds with en-suite baths. The library also can easily be converted into a fourth stateroom.

Featuring an enclosable and climate-controlled California deck, MARLINDA is able to provide a comfortable seating area aft regardless of the weather.

The 132-foot (40m) superyacht Marlinda is a truly timeless yacht.

Luxurious and traditional, Marlinda’s interior showcases stunning raised-and-fielded Honduran mahogany wood paneling throughout and coffered ceilings in the formal areas. Her main salon and skylounge are the ideal spots for gathering and enjoying time with family and friends while her library provides a private space to sit back and relax. Aft, luxury yacht Marlinda has a spacious and comfortable climate controlled California deck with ample seating that has the ability to become completely enclosed, allowing for use regardless of the weather. In 2000, the yacht received an extensive $12 million refit that lasted more than two years and brought new life to the yacht. During the refit, the engine room was completely rebuilt, the cockpit received modifications, the flybridge was added and a bulbous bow was added, just to name a few. Since then she has been consistently updated including a 2014 refit and updates made in January 2018.

Marlinda's Accommodation

Accommodating six guests in three beautifully styled staterooms, Marlinda provides a peaceful oasis for guests. Her expansive master stateroom features a king-size bed, custom desk and en-suite bath complete with dual marble vanities, a large soaking tub and marble shower. Her additional guest staterooms are identical with twin beds and en-suite baths.
