Favorite Venues: Bridgeview Yacht Club & The Loft by Bridgeview
We have been meaning to write blog posts about all of our favorite venues for a long time. Now in the midst of this pandemic, not only do we have the time but it is more important than ever to support our industry peers, especially those that without them, we would not have the locations to photograph the beautiful weddings that we capture.
The final venue (s) on our Favorite Wedding Venues list is a two for one- The Bridgeview Yacht Club and their sister venue, the Loft by Bridgeview. We first worked at the Bridgeview Yacht Club a few years ago and fell in love. There is so much to photograph on site and we were actually the first to photograph around their new under construction venue, The Loft. Since that wedding, we were placed on their preferred vendor list and have returned numerous times since.
Each venue has its own unique personality. Bridgeview Yacht Club is an elegant venue with a tented reception room and chandeliers. The most popular photo spot is the boating dock in the back (beautiful during sunset!) but there is also so much to capture indoors- their staircase landing, the lobby fireplace and the bridal suite seating area.
The Loft by Bridgeview is a more edgy venue. It has a rustic yet elegant feel with the brick walls and hanging chandeliers. It is a smaller venue so we typically photograph weddings with less than 150 guests in this space. Photo locations include the lobby and hidden nooks indoors. Outdoors, the most popular spot is underneath the bridge at the waterfront.
Although physically different, both venues still have the same amazing staff and delicious food. Every time we work at either location, we feel at home and always can’t wait to head back!

Referred to as Long Island’s most picturesque waterfront wedding venue, Bridgeview Yacht Club has been catering to NY couples for over 20 years! Our photographers and video team love making the trip out to Long Island to shoot at this beautiful venue! Thanks to it’s prime location, couples and their guests enjoy unobstructed views of the water from the glass walled banquet rooms and breathtaking sunsets. In addition to having several rooms to choose from, couples also receive access to Bridgeview Yacht Club’s courtyard and lush gardens. The Long Island wedding venue list their catering packages right on their website and include an affordable buffet option and sit down dinner menu. Our photographers had a great time capturing this romantic wedding at Bridgeview Yacht Club. The adorable couple got ready at home and exchanged vows in a church ceremony before heading over to the waterfront venue for photos. Elizabeth and Daniel chose the Pavilion room at Bridgeview Yacht Club which features a grand ballroom with walls of glass and fabric draped ceilings and eleven (yes 11) crystal chandeliers! The reception kicked off with a fun introduction for the wedding party and first dance by the newlyweds. Our videographers did a great job creating a romantic yet fun wedding trailer video for Elizabeth and Daniel that features footage of them getting ready, their ceremony and of course those amazing water views. Bridgeview Yacht Club Wedding Photos
Theresa & Rich’s New Year’s Eve wedding at Bridgeview Yacht Club was a blast to capture! The adorable couple and their fantastic wedding party didn’t let the cold weather stop the party. To celebrate their winter wedding and the new year ringing in , the bridesmaids wore glittery gowns (all 13 of them) and white fur shawls! Bridgeview Yacht Club was sure to have the reception room set up and ready to go for the wedding celebration after their church ceremony and quick stop at their local bar for shots (how fun!). Our photographers and video team then captured the newlyweds at the Long Island waterfront venue before they were introduced into the reception.
